Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Engineer IS - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers to design and improve large-scale computer-based services
• Support on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using root cause analysis and metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience supporting on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience automating systems and workflows using tools like PowerShell or Python
• 5+ years of experience in application architecture and ongoing support within enterprise environments
• Experience with resilience modeling and service architecture to meet Quality of Service expectations
