Key Responsibilities

• Support on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Automate systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in supporting on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience in automating systems and workflows using relevant tools
• 5+ years of experience in application architecture and support within enterprise environments
• Experience in resilience modeling and service outage simulations
