Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Engineer IS - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers to design and improve large-scale computer-based services
• Automate systems and workflows, ensuring high availability and performance of applications
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues, focusing on long-term stability and service architecture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience supporting on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience in automating systems and workflows using relevant tools
• Proven ability to plan and execute small projects end-to-end
• Experience with resilience modeling and simulating service outages
