Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Engineer IS - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers to design and improve large-scale computer-based services
• Support on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Automate systems and workflows, and diagnose complex cross-system issues for long-term stability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in supporting on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience in automating systems and workflows
• Experience in application architecture and support within enterprise environments
• Experience with resilience modeling and service outage simulations
