Senior Service Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Service Engineer will serve as a key technical contributor in migrating legacy FactoryLink applications to Siemens WinCC platforms, independently analyzing systems and executing conversion and validation activities while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and project quality.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for complex migrations, providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members
• Conduct in-depth analyses of legacy architectures and design robust WinCC solutions to enhance performance and maintainability
• Develop and validate advanced WinCC screens, scripts, and configurations while managing technical ownership of assigned migration scopes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens WinCC, including system architecture and advanced configuration
• Strong proficiency in VBScript (VBS) and C, with experience in complex automation systems
• Proven experience in leading or technically owning work within a team-based engineering environment
• Deep understanding of legacy automation platforms and ability to translate obsolete designs into modern solutions
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
