Job Summary
Supporting the F-18 ALR-67(V)3 Performance Based Logistics program, the full-time Senior Service Engineer will provide expert-level technical and business support, conduct training, analyze equipment failures, and manage materials at the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast in Jacksonville, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support and training for the ALR-67 system to artisans and end users
- Conduct trend analysis to identify software and hardware faults, enhancing troubleshooting techniques
- Manage inventory and material tracking for ALR-67 components, ensuring timely repairs and communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
- Minimum of 4 years of maintenance, technical support, or repair experience with ALR-67(V)3 systems
- Experience in analyzing faults and troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Proven ability to provide engineering and technical support services in a classified lab setting
