Senior Service Engineer

Job Summary

Covering the Midwest and Central US, the full-time Senior Service Engineer will maintain effective communication with key customers and field teams, perform complex diagnostic procedures, and prepare reports for senior leadership in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains effective communications with key customers and field team members to ensure product enhancements and improvements are complete and accurate
• Acts as the expert in product knowledge and performs highly complex diagnostic procedures
• Prepares reports for senior leadership displaying interpreted test information to resolve design and system-related problems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass an MVR with a clean and valid driver's license
