Senior Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Representative to provide efficient service to producers and Field Offices on various products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support via phone and email to financial professionals and field office personnel
• Maintain service standards for quality customer service, accuracy, and follow-up
• Research inquiries from the field and communicate the status of requests

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience in a financial setting or trading desk
• Experience with Pershing products and procedures preferred
• College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 99 license preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
