Job Summary
To ensure efficient processing of incoming payments, the full-time Senior Service Representative will repair wire payments and manage a request queue while working remotely with one mandatory on-site day each week.
Key responsibilities
- Repairing wire payments and ensuring accurate processing without errors
- Receiving and manually keying payments in various currencies according to customer bank accounts
- Collaborating with team members to complete payment tasks by end of day
Required qualifications
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with high accuracy
- Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to team productivity
- Post-secondary degree preferred, though not mandatory
