Job Summary

To ensure efficient processing of incoming payments, the full-time Senior Service Representative will repair wire payments and manage a request queue while working remotely with one mandatory on-site day each week.

Key responsibilities
  • Repairing wire payments and ensuring accurate processing without errors
  • Receiving and manually keying payments in various currencies according to customer bank accounts
  • Collaborating with team members to complete payment tasks by end of day
Required qualifications
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to team productivity
