Senior Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing dedicated support to HTK Financial Professionals, the full-time Senior Service Representative will manage inquiries, maintain service standards, and educate clients on HTK products and procedures in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and efficient support via phone and email to HTK Financial Professionals and field office personnel
• Research inquiries, track results, and communicate status updates to the field
• Educate clients on available tools and HTK policies while handling complex and escalated issues

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience in a financial setting or trading desk
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the financial services industry
• Experience with Pershing products, procedures, and the NetExchange Pro system
• College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 99 licenses preferred
