Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Specialist responsible for delivering technical support and dealer development for the Engine Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based technical assistance and on-site diagnostics for authorized dealers
• Conduct dealer assessments and deliver hands-on training and product updates
• Report field issues and provide feedback for product improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of gasoline and diesel engines
• An associate degree is preferred with a focus on mechanical and electrical studies
• Strong customer service skills are required
• Group training or sales experience is desired
