Senior ServiceDesk Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceDesk Reliability Engineer - SDRE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Terraform and SRE fundamentals including metrics and postmortems
• Develop scripts in Go/Python for REST APIs and automate Jira Service Management operations
• Participate in incident resolution and collaborate with engineering and product teams

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and SRE principles
• Proficiency in Go or Python for scripting and API interactions
• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and deploying tasks on Cloud Run/Functions
• Experience with Jira Service Management and automation
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2+ level)
