Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceDesk Reliability Engineer (SDRE).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and implement Terraform, with a focus on SRE fundamentals and metrics
Develop scripts/CLIs in Go/Python for REST APIs and automate Jira Service Management tasks
Participate in incident resolution and collaborate with engineering and product teams

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Terraform and SRE principles
Proficiency in Go or Python for scripting and automation
Familiarity with Jira Service Management and its API
Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
Experience in fintech and understanding of Kubernetes components is a plus
