Senior ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Lead ServiceNow Administrator, this full-time remote position will manage core ServiceNow administration tasks, support platform operations, and contribute to integration efforts while collaborating across teams to implement scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform core ServiceNow administration tasks including instance cloning, security configuration, and user management
• Manage update set promotion across development, testing, and production environments while applying patches to maintain platform stability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support administrative functions and assist in designing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development concepts and eagerness to transition into a developer role
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and web technologies
• Expertise in JavaScript and experience with ServiceNow's scoped applications
• Ability to obtain United States Security Clearance upon hire
