Senior ServiceNow Administrator
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and administration, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Administrator will manage the ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions for the FAA FRAMES platform, ensuring platform stability and compliance with technical standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the administration and configuration of ServiceNow/Nuvolo, ensuring technical governance and platform readiness
- Oversee release management activities, including planning, deployment coordination, and post-release validation
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development resources while performing hands-on troubleshooting and integration support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise application development, platform engineering, or system administration
- 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead or Administrator
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including integration technologies and development tools
- Experience with configuration management, change management, and release management practices
