Senior ServiceNow APM Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design and implementation of Application Portfolio Management (APM) capabilities, the Senior ServiceNow APM / CMDB Analyst will work remotely or in a hybrid model from Columbus, Ohio, focusing on advancing the enterprise CMDB strategy and ensuring data-driven decision-making for application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CMDB Practice Owner to execute a multi-year CMDB and APM transformation roadmap
• Establish and enforce standards for application and CMDB data quality, completeness, and integrity
• Design, configure, and maintain APM and CMDB data models, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) module
• Understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks
• Experience with application lifecycle management and portfolio rationalization
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data automation within ServiceNow
• Experience supporting governance forums and compliance/audit activities
