Senior ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

To support the planning and maintenance of core IT infrastructure, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Architect will architect, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform while managing workflows and integrations, with the potential for both onsite and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and customize the ServiceNow platform, managing data structures and workflows
• Design and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management workflows with defined SLAs
• Lead the integration of ServiceNow with internal and external applications using APIs and orchestration tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in an enterprise IT environment supporting hardware and software
• Five years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or administrator
• Experience designing and managing incident, problem, and change management modules in ServiceNow
• Familiarity with configuring and administering Jira projects and integrating with ServiceNow
