Senior ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Architect will serve as the senior technical authority for government and commercial clients, ensuring scalable platform solutions and best practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules, translating customer requirements into scalable designs
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather requirements and advise clients on ServiceNow roadmap planning and process improvements
• Provide hands-on support for ServiceNow configuration and development while overseeing Agile delivery activities and ensuring quality standards

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation or platform experience
• 3+ years as a ServiceNow technical lead or solution architect with experience in ITSM and at least two additional modules
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Agile delivery methods, including user stories and stakeholder demonstrations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
