Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the development, deployment, and management of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert for all aspects of ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation
• Lead custom backend development for ServiceNow modules and enhance user experience through portals and workspaces
• Build and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow environments, ensuring compliance with security requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture
• Advanced expertise in ServiceNow backend development, including workflows, integrations, and APIs
• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow portals and managing data tables
• Deep understanding of DoD IL5 and IL6 compliance and experience with self-hosted environments
