Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst (Remote/Flexible).

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs
Analyze business activity patterns to understand demand levels and ensure requirements are met
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support training, testing, and change management activities

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst for Task/Workflow applications like ServiceNow
Understanding of ITIL frameworks including Service Management and Change Management
Experience in test plan creation and execution
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Ability to create Workflow and Swim Lane documentation
