Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to support government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead task assignments and facilitate meetings for development sprints and project progress
• Manage user stories and maintain project documentation including sprint backlogs and release plans
• Define and improve project outcomes using KPIs and ensure effective backlog management

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active Government Security Clearance is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, with experience in ServiceNow application development
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and agile methodologies, including leading Scrum teams
