Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and process design across federal government accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and structured discovery sessions to document business requirements
• Convert mission-level needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Conduct gap assessments and mentor junior analysts on federal domain context and best practices

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies)
• Proficiency in backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
