Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting government clients, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst will analyze business processes, implement improvements, and facilitate agile development projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and develop improved workflows using ServiceNow
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee project management activities
- Coordinate between customers and project teams to ensure integration of reengineering efforts and standard processes
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience as a technical business or data analyst with ServiceNow or similar platform
- Working knowledge and experience with Agile development practices and ceremonies
