Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure the ServiceNow CMDB, including CI classes, attributes, and relationships
Support ServiceNow Discovery and maintain integrations with various data sources
Ensure alignment with ITIL v4 guidelines and maintain CMDB governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB administration
Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and integration principles
Practical understanding of CSDM and IT infrastructure components
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and automation workflows
