Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing IT operations team, the full-time Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator will manage CMDB governance, Discovery, and complex integrations while ensuring data accuracy and compliance in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure the ServiceNow CMDB, including CI data modeling and governance
• Support ServiceNow Discovery and integrations with various data sources while troubleshooting data issues
• Act as a subject matter expert for ITIL Configuration Management, ensuring alignment with best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or business field
• 5+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment, specifically in CMDB administration
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and integration principles
• Practical understanding of CSDM and ITIL v4 best practices
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and managing MID Servers
