Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Business Process Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow Risk out of the box functionality
• Develop and optimize risk rules, scoring logic, and workflows
• Provide guidance on risk management best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Risk or similar GRC modules
• Strong understanding of risk processes, workflow design, and rules configuration
• Ability to work independently and deliver within defined timelines
• Fluent Spanish required
• Availability to work within the MX timezone
