Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with Secret Clearance to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on technical capabilities related to the development of ServiceNow
• Develop and implement technical solutions while performing integration and functional testing
• Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements and enhance workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in ITSM technologies
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations and ITSM modules
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and ServiceNow APIs
• Ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance
• At least one certification: Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified ServiceNow Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist
