Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement customer requirements on the ServiceNow platform
  • Guide and implement the technical aspects of ServiceNow projects and solutions
  • Deliver end-to-end automated solutions that align with customer business objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • 7+ years of general business or IT experience
  • Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Certified System Administrator
  • 2+ CIS Certifications; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
