Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement customer requirements on the ServiceNow platform
- Guide and implement the technical aspects of ServiceNow projects and solutions
- Deliver end-to-end automated solutions that align with customer business objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- 7+ years of general business or IT experience
- Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Certified System Administrator
- 2+ CIS Certifications; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
