Job Summary

To support the development and enhancement of customer service products, the contract Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer will lead design, build, and delivery efforts focused on the ServiceNow platform while working remotely and participating in onsite meetings approximately once every two to three months.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead design, build, testing, and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and new capabilities focused on Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to quality standards through code reviews and DevSecOps practices
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of software design/development experience with enterprise applications
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow CSM module
  • Strong ServiceNow scripting and configuration skills, including Business Rules and Client Scripts
  • ServiceNow Developer and Administrator Certifications required
