Job Summary

Leading the development and administration of customer service products, the contract Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer will focus on enhancing the ServiceNow platform with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Management, working remotely with occasional onsite meetings for planning.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead design, build, testing, and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and new capabilities focused on CSM
  • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Mentor junior developers and support DevSecOps/CI/CD practices while ensuring quality standards through code reviews
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of software design/development experience with enterprise applications
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow CSM module
  • Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting/configuration, including Business Rules and Client Scripts
  • ServiceNow Developer and Administrator Certifications required
