Job Summary
Leading the development and administration of customer service products, the contract Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer will focus on enhancing the ServiceNow platform with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Management, working remotely with occasional onsite meetings for planning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design, build, testing, and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and new capabilities focused on CSM
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Mentor junior developers and support DevSecOps/CI/CD practices while ensuring quality standards through code reviews
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software design/development experience with enterprise applications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow CSM module
- Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting/configuration, including Business Rules and Client Scripts
- ServiceNow Developer and Administrator Certifications required
