Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and integration
- Collaborate with various departments to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage development projects, including planning and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management
- Proven experience in ServiceNow platform development and object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
