Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
- Collaborate with various departments to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve production problems related to the ServiceNow platform
Required Qualifications
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management
- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform development, including scripting languages and architecture
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
