Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solution
• Configure risk questionnaires, scoring, and develop business rules and workflows
• Build reports and orchestrate data flows using ServiceNow tools

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) suite, specifically TPRM
• Strong ability to configure core TPRM functionalities and risk assessment methodologies
• Experience in developing complex business rules and workflow logic
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow's Integration Hub and Flow Designer
• Proficiency in reporting and portal configuration for GRC/TPRM processes
