• Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform, ensuring consistency across environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Two years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator or related role
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and development, including JavaScript and AngularJS
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile development processes and workflow automation
• Solid understanding of Common Service Data Model and CMDB
