Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer who will lead improvement initiatives related to customer interactions with Client Services tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow to meet business requirements at scheduled intervals
• Build workflow diagrams and architectural specifications for proposed improvements
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and collaborate with internal and external parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow or equivalent CRM tools
• 2+ years of experience with API, Web Services, and Databases (e.g., Oracle)
• 6+ years of experience in an IT organization in product support or development
• Familiarity with AJAX, AngularJS, Jelly Scripting, and web service integrations
