Key Responsibilities

Configure Nuvolo Connected Workplace modules on the ServiceNow platform
Build and support integrations between Nuvolo and external enterprise systems using ServiceNow integration patterns
Ensure proper CMDB governance and accurate mapping of Nuvolo assets to CIs across environments
