Required Qualifications

• Senior experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect
• Strong ITSM knowledge in enterprise ServiceNow environments
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration skills
• Experience with UI Builder / Workspaces and modern ServiceNow UI concepts
• Exposure to Performance Analytics and automation features
