Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows for IT Service Management (ITSM) and service desk operations
• Implement and manage Service Request workflows and Service Catalog offerings to streamline service delivery
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms, enhancing operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT development or engineering roles
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST APIs and data formats like XML and JSON
• Familiarity with government cybersecurity frameworks such as RMF or NIST CSF
