Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support federal government clients with strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow configurations and custom development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with agency mission goals and federal compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ITSM tool implementation, administration, and development
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including scripting and tool configuration
• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
• ITIL Foundations Certification and ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
