Required Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow configuration management
ServiceNow System Administration Certification
Experience with Service Mapping, Discovery, and CMDB integrations
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with familiarity in ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under deadlines
