Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions to enhance employee productivity
• Serve as a senior technical expert, setting engineering standards and mentoring teammates
• Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Significant hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a senior or lead capacity
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and core capabilities, including ITSM and HRSD
• Deep technical expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and designing complex integrations
• Understanding of ITIL processes and experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
