Job Summary

Senior ServiceNow Developer, seeking a fully remote contract position for over 6 months, responsible for developing and architecting ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, specifically in Customer Service Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Architect
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Experience with ServiceNow development best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
