Job Summary

To support cutting-edge federal projects, the remote Senior ServiceNow Developer - AI will lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user stories and enhancements, and design scalable solutions while ensuring security and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements
• Create technical documentation and provide training to team members and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience working with ServiceNow platforms and application development
• Certifications including ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Developer
• Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
• Strong background in data modeling, database development, and ETL processes
• Experience working within agile teams, performing testing, debugging, and technical documentation
