Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To drive high-priority ServiceNow implementations and platform modernization, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will leverage 7 years of experience in building and optimizing enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and SPM while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows and service catalog items
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party enterprise systems and optimize Service Portal pages for self-service experiences
• Collaborate with architects and project leads to translate solution designs into production-ready implementations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a strong delivery track record
• Deep proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules and Client Scripts
• Proven experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripted REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and experience with Service Portal development
