Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will work remotely, focusing on application deployment, team leadership, and ensuring platform security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow modules while managing complex workflows and automation scripts
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs
