Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the stability and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, the fully remote Senior ServiceNow Developer will manage application maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with Microsoft 365 environments while ensuring system reliability and implementing technical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for maintaining and supporting ServiceNow applications and modules
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow issues while responding to incidents and user-reported problems
• Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions and enhancements based on evolving business needs

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining ServiceNow in a production environment
• Proficiency in development tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and low-code platforms
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
