Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support and enhance a multi-module ServiceNow platform, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain applications while collaborating with stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM and HR workflows
• Implement and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and manage data imports and transform maps
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on development experience with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform, including scoped applications and Flow Designer
• Proven experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and GRC
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and a solid understanding of the ServiceNow security model
• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust T3 clearance
