Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will work remotely to develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications while mentoring a team and ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring efficient solution delivery and adherence to best practices

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs
