Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, the fully remote Senior ServiceNow Developer will serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting, configuration, and ensuring system stability while also assisting with Microsoft 365 environments and low-code platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and support ServiceNow applications, diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure operational continuity
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical workflows and solutions
• Support upgrades, patching, and enhancements of ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring best practices in configurations

Required qualifications:

• US citizenship required
• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining ServiceNow in a production environment
• Proficiency in development tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience required
