Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the development and configuration of an existing ServiceNow implementation, the fully remote Senior ServiceNow Developer will manage a development backlog, enhance user experiences, and design robust integrations to align the platform with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute development tasks by onboarding to current requirements and building, testing, and deploying solutions
• Improve self-service capabilities through enhancements to the Service Portal and Service Catalog
• Maintain and govern Knowledge Base structures for accuracy and usability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
• Direct experience with core ServiceNow implementation teams, including full platform rollouts and major module deployments
• Strong technical knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules
• Working knowledge of HRSD and CMDB
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices, including workflow customization and integration protocols
